Beekeeping Classes Available

I am an adjunct professor at Metro Community College (MCC) teaching beekeeping and other bee related classes based mostly at the new North Express location which leans toward sustainability ideas.

In-depth classes about honey bees are available for aspiring and always learning beekeepers seeking to gain more useful information about their beekeeping.

I am cuerrently teaching classes at Lauritzen Gardens in Omaha on a modern approach to native bee appreciation as a hobby and specific types of native bees.  This is my “Bee Spotting” series of classes.

As the weather warms up and the rescue and teaching apiary at the Scatter Joy Acres animal rescue in North Omaha picks up, there will be apprenticeships available, workshops offered and mentoring sessions for beekeepers available on certain weekends.
