-====== Plans ======

-There are different levels of planning that need to happen.
-
-**The Apiarist Plan**, which is what you as a beekeeper intend to do in general.  It covers your Goals, Objectives, Strategies and tactics.
-  * BBE-Tech Apiary Services Goals
-    *  Conservation of successful locally adapted honey bee colony genetics.
-    * Management via Organic principles.
-    * Production of surplus honey.
-    * Production of surplus beeswax.
-
-
-  - S.O.Bee Apiaries
-    - Objective: To produce surplus honey and beeswax.
-    - Strategy: "[[bbhivemgmt|Big Bear Special" hive management method]].
-    - Tactic1: use 8 frame hives.
-    - Tactic2: 3rd box is for Winter Stores.
-    - Tactic3: Alternate plastic foundation (4) with foundation-less frames (4) in honey supers to produce both cut-comb and extracted honey.
-
-
- **The Apiary Plan**. This is the plan with the specifics of purpose, methods, practices specifically used in each apiary or location having bee hives.
-
-**The Inspection**.  Most people think the inspection of a hive is simply a checklist of things to identify and make notes of.  In a professionally operated apiary, each inspection has a plan before even getting into the hive.  This plan indicates what you intend to look for, actions you intend to check to see if they will be need to be done, and Actions that you know needed to be done at this inspection based upon the results of the prior inspection and the overall Apiary plan for time of year, etc...
-
-Based on this plan, the inspection is then carried out.
